WHAT HAPPENS IF I CAN'T MAKE IT TO A PUBLIC EVENT?

Because of fees for supplies, rental spaces, and childcare for my own children I do not offer refunds. ALL SALES ARE FINAL however, I do offer the option of letting you transfer your ticket to another person by simply contacting me and letting me know through email - createwithjess.ak@gmail.com

HOW TO CONFIRM I'M BOOKED?

When you purchase a paint pass online you will receive a receipt with the date and time.

IS TONIGHT'S CLASS CANCELLED DUE TO WEATHER?

I try to keep our events going according to plan. If a class is cancelled, posts will be made on facebook and you will be contacted through email createwithjess.ak@gmail.com

ARE EVENTS OPEN TO KIDS?

I offer a variety of classes for families, kids, and some adult only. Please check the event description to make sure you are selecting the appropriate age event. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to reach out.

DO YOU OFFER PRIVATE PARTIES OR BUSINESS TEAM BUILDING PARTIES?

I am happy to offer private parties for you and your friends! Simply contact @ createwithjess.ak@gmail.com, with your request for a date and time. I also offer the opportunity for business parties year round!

HOW DO I SIGN UP FOR A BIRTHDAY PARTY?

For birthday parties just send an email to createwithjess.ak@gmail.com. The package Is $250 for 10 painters. Birthday parties do need to be paid in advance to hold date.
**There is a $25 travel fee for outside of the Anchorage Municipality
